Please fill out and turn in your coaching evaluation sheets at the TMH office drop box

If you have any concerns or comments, good or bad regarding any of the coaches or officials of TMH, please fill out an evaluation sheet and drop it off at our TMH office drop box, located outside the door to our office upstairs at the arena ( OLD RINK )
Forms have been handed out to all the Division heads and distributed through -out the parents, if you have'nt recieved one please contact Lawrence Stella .
