Update from Darren Munson

-          Hockey pictures will be done in November during a week night.

-          All house/B teams have been selected.

-          Ice time that is paid for by TMHA is open to all players in respective age groups

-          Goalie Clinic to take place after x-mas 2011.  Atom level and up (novice are allowed as well) Cost estimate will be $450 for 4 days, 3hrs ice, 1hr dry land, 1 hr. theory per day.  16 spots available

-          Ref clinic (4 man system) will be held during the Bantam house tourney Nov 18^th.

-          Darren  is looking into debt on line for registration next year.

Update from Kevin Marleau

-          Has purchased some needed goalie equipment.  Still under budget.

Update Sheri Turner

-          Requests that all CRC and confidential agreements be sent in ASAP.

-          Sheri applied for a couple of different grants through Northern Health. PENDING

Update Ken Parkes

-          All teams are registered with BCHA

-          Registration numbers are close to last year.  Girl numbers are down.

-          Will look into who has SPEAKOUT.

Selection Process for Rep Teams

-          That there is NO CONTACT between evaluators and coaches prior to last day of selection process.

-          Team size and selection process should be standard throughout the teams

General Discussion

-          Concerns brought up from division Heads about Head coaches coaching more than one team.  Conflict

-          Sanctioned events (dry land) Do they need to be sanctioned through BCHA?  Mike and Darren to look into.

-          All sponsors have been contacted.

-          Rep evaluations- Incentive on conditioning, equal ice time
