CAM MACBEAN	- Incident regarding one of the Atom coaches helping out a ref during a game. Ill comments made about said coach, TMHA will look into this. - Midget house uniforms need to be changed for next year. The 2 teams currently have dark green and black. Hard for the refs. - Injury report needs to be filled on assistant captain, #5, Calum Quinn. Cam to follow up. - Division heads to need to now address of arena in case of emergency/injury. Darren to follow up. 3205 Kalum. Sherry to contact city so they can post address around arena. - Girls will be using room 2 or 3 on main side. #5 will no longer work. Coaches should be made aware of this. - Young refs in our system who turn 18 will need a CRC.
DEB JEPHSON	- Financial report showing approx.. $30,000.00 over budget. Reason Bus. - TMHA will apply for Bingo funding around the end of April. This application is for bus funding.
DAVE JEPHSON	- Approx..$30,000.00 over budget with the bus. Septra Transmission. - Dave and Barb are working on Advertising strategies for the bus come next fall. ( Advertising space on the side) - Bus does generate income through rental to outside organizations. - TMHA would like to give a big thanks to White Bear for all the work they have done on the bus.

UPDATES
KEVIN MARLEAU	- Kevin has purchased allotted monies this year. New goalie equipment for Atoms. Kevin will ensure new Midget Colors for next year.
ACTION ITEMS LYNNE NORDSTROM	- Atoms division get to keep their jerseys each season; McDonalds sponsors all new jerseys. These have been ordered by Lynne. - Lynne to check into kids on bench wearing helmet and gloves vs full gear if injured and unable to play. - Lynne to ask Zane to create a new evaluation sheet for Rep Team selection that will be based more on “actuals” rather than the current sheets. - Suggestion put forward by Trevor Shannon around Rep trophies – suggestion to get Rep sponsors to pay for these. Committee agreed it was a good idea. Darren and Terri to follow up. Question around who does the selection – committee feels parents should have a vote as well as the coaches. - Lynne to follow up with letter to parents and player re incident with Midget player and disrespectful actions on the ice.
DARREN MUNSON	- Suggested raising tourney fees - Midget tier 4 team will need to submit their tournament budget , and ALL MONIES RECEIVED for the committee to review. An executive decision will be made regarding the money.

Three motions were brought forward.

1. Dave Jephson: Motions for TMHA to pay the CRC and VPC for our referees. Lynne Nordstrom 2nds. All in favour.

2. Lynne Nordstrom: Motions for a recommendation of a maximum of 10 teams per TMHA tournament and a minimum of 3 out of town teams. Request for a maximum or different minimum can be submitted to executive for approval. Payment in full 4 weeks prior to tournament. Cam MacBean 2nds. All in favour.

3. Lynne Nordstrom: Motions for TMHA tournament fee to increase from $600-$700 for house and $750-$850 for rep. Barb Niemi 2nds. All in favour.

General Items

1. Kasey Lewis to have TMHA newsletter completed by the last week of regular hockey. ( March 5th) Kasey will request all members of TMHA for info that want in the newsletter.

2. Barb Niemi and Theresa Hutchison to write up tourney policy for 2012/2013 season.

3. Darren recommends that all committee members start a working journal.

4. Barb Niemi and Rob?? To visit city and talk with them about TMHA ice regarding loss due to tournaments.

5. There could be need for an increase in teams in the Novice, Atom and Pee Wee divisions next year. 2012/2013

6. All to send in ideas around setting up a policy around the funding format for any tier 4 team that Terrace puts forward.

7. All changes (policies, etc.) that have happened during this season should be put on a list and brought forward to the AGM for all parents to see.

Next Meeting Date should be every 4-5 weeks during season and schedule to be set for summer months.
