Minutes of Meeting

 Meeting Minutes   July 27^th

Attendace:

-Jim Keller Has resigned from Ice Co-ordinator.  Barb Niemi will rough schedule, contact division heads for  last years schedule.

- Rep coaches have been selected and contacted.  Meeting with Mike will take place July 29^th.  Coaches are encouraged to contact the executive with any concerns.  Game sheets will need to go to Mike 1^st.

- Terrace is this years statistition for the area.  We need a volunteer, 1yr position.

-Bingo Money this year is down $10,000 from last year.  ( $66,000-$56,000)

-Grant Symposium in Vancouver.  Executive will ask one of the TMHA accountants to attend.  Barb to look into a grant to get there.

-Zane will work with Kevin Marleau and check to see what is left of the “Coaches Bags”

-Lynne and Barb to work on sponser letters. Lynne has a template.

-Darren Munson looking into Goalie clinic at the end of August. ( Aug. 29^th to Sept.2^nd)  Need 16 goalies to attend to break even. Cost will around $300.00.  Local coaches could perhaps have a theory clinic?  Zane suggested that there be a power skate clinic for all TMHA players during the same week.

-Lynne confirmed that the Rep teams still get the 50/50 from the River kings games.

-Mario Desjardins submitted intentions of have 2 Northern Zone  girls teams. Midget and a Bantam team.  He requested 6hrs. per month, per team.  1 fundraiser before X-mas and 1 after x-mas for both teams.  1 paid Tournament per team.  Darren will speak to Mario and discuss extra costs.

- Possible atom select Tournament in December, after x-mas.  Dec. 28^th-30^th.  Possible Goalie clinic as well as the tourney.  

-Mike Carey requested ice for an Ice Breaker tournament in Oct. for PeeWee, Bantam, and Midget Rep.  Barb was going to look into the ice available.
